Camera settings stay local. No camera is accessed.

Frame rate, light pulse frequency, shutter angle, and tolerance are used only for mathematical enumeration on the current page. FlickerSafe requests no camera or microphone access, reads no footage, and controls no fixtures.

Cycle-alignment guidance, not flicker certification

The tool converts exposure time into light cycles and enumerates up to 200 whole cycles within the maximum shutter angle, showing the 20 closest to the target. The 50/60 Hz shortcuts assume full-wave rectification at 100/120 Hz. Mains frequency does not describe every LED, PWM driver, dimmer, neon lamp, display, multi-phase supply, or failing fixture; rolling shutter, scan direction, sensor readout, and camera rounding can still create bands.

Test sheets may reveal production settings

Refreshing or closing discards inputs. CSV contains frame rate, pulse frequency, exposure, shutter angle, equivalent shutter, and cycle count; reports and optional local checkpoints read the visible summary. Before production, record test footage with the exact fixture, level, dimming state, camera position, and camera.

This page uses Google AdSense Auto Ads. Google may use cookies or similar technologies under its policies. .miluland.com domain cookies sync language, theme, high contrast, a six-item recent-tools list, and up to 16 favorite tool IDs across MiluLand sites. These values never contain inputs, files, or results; the current site also keeps a local compatibility copy.

Local report studio

The report studio reads only the workbench’s currently visible result summary for local preview, Markdown copy, JSON download, printing, and a SHA-256 fingerprint. It never reads input controls or original files and is not persisted unless you choose to download it.

Optional local checkpoints

Only when you explicitly choose Save does the tool write the visible result summary, time, and optional short label to this site’s browser storage, up to five entries. Imported files and input-control contents are never stored; you can export, restore same-tool checkpoints, or clear them at any time. Imports are limited to 128KB and validate the tool, timestamp, summary, and label of up to 80 characters.
